Liberty Jr. High 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team Wins Regionals!

Congratulations to the Liberty Jr High 8th Grade Boys Basketball Team for winning Regionals! The team defeated Washington (Joliet) with a score of 49-26 to move on to the Sectionals. The team will play Bradley Central on February 8. The winner of that game will advance to State. Go Liberty!!!!!!!

Liberty Jr. High Cheerleaders Take 4th Place at State!
Congratulations to Liberty Jr. High Cheerleaders who took 4th Place at the State competition in Peoria this weekend. Twenty one teams competed in the event.
We've Got Spirit!
The Martino Cheerleaders competed in the Large Routine division of the IESA State Cheerleading Championship in Peoria on Saturday, January 21st. The girls performed well and were awarded eighth place. Congratulations on a great season!
Pillars of Bentley
Bentley School is proud to announce their January Pillar of the Month!

Bentley Students Promote Awareness
Bentley students were given the opportunity to participate in the Secretary of State's 19th Statewide Organ and Tissue Donation Poster contest this year. The students who participated did their part to help promote public awareness of organ/tissue donation.
Nelson Ridge Hold Teens for Jeans Drive
Nelson Ridge Students participated in the Aeropostale "Jeans for Teens Drive" which encourages students to donate jeans to the campaign. The jeans are recycled and given to less fortunate studentsacross the country.
Tyler Students Celebrate the 100th Day of School
The 3rd grade students at Tyler Elementary School celebrated the 100th day of school on February 3rd. The students dressed the way they thought they would when they are 100 years old. A food drive was run by the students to collect 100 items.
Spencer Pointe Students Team Up for Technology
Mrs. O'Shaughnessy's 3rd graders along with Mrs. Anderson's 1st graders worked on a computer project with the amazing guidance of Mrs. Wingate, our computer tech.
