The State of Illinois has launched a new way to receive support during COVID-19. It is called Call4Calm. This is a FREE and ANONYMOUS helpline. Please text the words TALK, HABLAR (for Spanish speaking) to 552-020. Within 24 hours that individual will receive a call from a mental health professional employed by a local health center.

If you are in need of financial assistance, please text UNEMPLOYMENT, FOOD, or SHELTER to 552-020 to receive information on how to navigate and access supports and services.
