Mindfulness club is open to all 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students who are interested in practicing mindfulness. Being mindful is the opposite of rushing or multitasking. When you're mindful, you're taking your time. You're focusing in a relaxed, easy way. During this club we will do gratitude activities, light yoga/stretching, meditation, and other fun activities to release tension.
