Department Overview

The Office of the Associate Superintendent is responsible for:

·       Facilitating staff recruitment, selection, and hiring

·       Overseeing employee benefit programs

·       Addressing staff needs and processes

·       Administering personnel policies and programs

·       Overseeing student attendance and discipline.

 

The Personnel Department is committed to its role of supporting the mission of New Lenox School District 122. Utilizing teamwork, all resources available, and continuous improvements the Department strives to provide the highest quality of customer service.
