New Lenox School District 122 contracts with Lincoln-Way Community High School District 210 to provide bus service for our students. The Transportation Department’s main concern is the safety of the children they transport. Please remind all children to stay seated during their bus ride and never cross in front of the bus until the bus arm has extended and the driver gives the signal that it is safe to cross.

Please call your child's school directly (available until 45 minutes after student dismissal).

Request for Paid Bus Service
This registration is for students who do not qualify by the Illinois Department of Transportation standards for free busing to and from school. To reserve a paid spot on the bus for the school year, this form must be completed in its entirety. Availability is on a first come first serve basis. The New Lenox School District 122 Board of Education has set the cost of busing for a paid rider at $280/ school year with a family cap of $700. By signing this form to reserve a paid spot, the parent/ guardian agrees to the following:
- Payment is due in full before a student is placed on a bus
If you need to request a change in transportation due to a babysitter or daycare change, please fill out the form “Daycare Provider” at the Haven Administrative Center located at 102 S. Cedar Road. Please return completed form to the Haven Administrative Center for processing.

Request for Review – Transportation Assignment
If you want to request your child’s pick up or drop off bus stop location be changed, please fill out the “Request for Review – Transportation Assignment” form. Please return completed form to the Haven Administrative Center for processing.
Change of Address
If you move during the school year, please fill out the “Change of Address” form at the Haven Administrative Center located at 102 S. Cedar Road. You will need to prove residency in order to complete this form. If you have any questions regarding residency, please call the New Lenox School District 122 office at 815-485-2169. Please return completed form to the Haven Administrative Center for processing.
For your convenience, completed forms can be faxed to the Haven Administrative Center at 815-485-6478 or mailed to 102 S. Cedar, New Lenox, IL 60451. Please remember to have your children at the appointed bus stop 10 minutes prior to the stated pick up time. We look forward to an excellent school year.
