If you are having trouble with any of our school technology services, there are 2 primary ways NLSD parents and students can get technology assistance:
Please call your school office for technology help. The office staff is well versed on basic technology troubleshooting methods to help get your student's equipment running smoothly.

If the school office staff cannot help you or your help request is impacting your child's ability to participate in class, you will be forwarded on to the technology help desk and talk directly with our technology staff. The school office staff may also take your number so that the district technology staff can call you back as soon as possible.
You may ask any technology question by opening up a support ticket with your request by visiting our technology ticket portal website. We will send a return message (or call you if you leave your number in the ticket) as soon as possible!
